We are discovering new permits for Bonus ADU projects daily. These projects are not your average 2- 4 bonus ADUs, they are mostly 8+ unit projects per single family lot. These projects are not required to go through normal community review, are not required to pay the impact fees required of a normal apartment building, they don’t require parking and they are not built fire or ADA safe. Encanto SAYS “NO” TO THESE UNSAFE LARGE SCALE PROJECTS.
